When it comes to fashion, Legendary Damon, designer & stylist to the stars, has it down to a science, as in energy. He says, “I’m inspired by energy when it comes to fashion.” I can get my influence from anywhere.
As I walked into his Pop Up Designer/Vintage Shop at The Library of The Dream Downtown Hotel in Manhattan, I couldn’t help but to admire the Versace shoes he had on. Luckily and surprisingly, a tall woman such as myself was able to snatch up a pair of size 10 vintage Versace shoes. As Legendary Damon explained to me that they were brand new, vintage, and never worn, I got a glimpse into his calm and approachable personality.

While we talked fashion, I couldn’t help but to see the positivity he created for the people shopping. He told one woman wearing a black sequin dress with white elbow length sleeves, “I have to get security if you don’t get that dress”, and I agreed! She looked fabulous. But what really amazed me about Legendary Damon, was the smile he put on everyone’s face in the room as he brought them into his world of fashion.
